Overview

We entered into NFT space on May 29, 2022, with an Inside Out Friends project as a first .gif project with animated background on the Solana blockchain. The IOF NFT project, which was initially conceived as an art-only project with a simple but powerful message and IOF is the first-ever project to use meaningful art to represent mental health visibly, showcasing 43 different inner mind states through the power of art itself.

As a creator, I am extremely proud that many have found themselves in that art, and that they have found the perfect NFT counterpart.

What we learned?

The NFT space is extremely dynamic, full of uncertainty, constantly hungry for new things, and a rapidly evolving ecosystem full of ups and downs. The first major mistrust and a drastic drop in the value of Solana, followed by constant network congestion, occurred during the period when we launched the project. But that did not stop us and prevent us from continuing.

Where are we now, and where are we heading?

If you are reading this, you should know that we have moved from the analysis phase to the development phase and, finally, after minting, we are moving to the implementation and the experimental phase. What were we thinking?

We do not want to be like 90% of other projects. The rug is not an option, even if we worked with big minus without funds! As a creator and headmaster of the project, I went into stealth mode for some time to analyze what NFTs can provide, are they dead, what about the Ethereum blockchain, is Web3 just another unnecessary and complex layer, what about merging NFTs with Augmented Reality, does Metaverse have a future, pump/dump system, Bullish hype or Bearish sell...

FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt)

Risk and uncertainty management played a major role in the design of this project. We are aware that we cannot influence all the variables that happen in the market and that many things are beyond our control. The goal of the project is clearly stated as the creation of economic value from the value of NFTs as digital assets, collector's items, and access to exclusive content, as well as providing related services in both digital and physical forms, and marketing and branding efforts.
